I am a Nurse, Psychotherapist registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario. I take a holistic approach to nurse psychotherapy by incorporating both the mind and body and draw influence from my training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have experience in all ages including acute psychiatry, women’s health counselling and advocacy and started Nurse Psychotherapy in 2021. I am currently attending my Masters in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University.
